I would like to thank Betsy Mata for the aritcle in the Christian Examiner May Issue. For you see I am Lloyds mother. There is so more to his story than can be told. So many people do not realize how Megans Law is missused. Megans Law is a good law if used in the way it was intended, but instead it is being used to lump everyone together to make it easier on the parole officers. Do you know that once a person is off parole Megans Law is not enforced. The parole officers are the ones that enforce this law. That is why they look for ways to violet the men when they are close to be off parole. Also do you know that the houses that are in complaince are used only by the parole office. If your agent doen't like you then you will not get into a motel or a house, even if you have the money to pay for one. The parole would rather pay for the ones they choose. I am not excusing my son he did wrong, but there were other ways that he could have been punished than put him back in prison they could have extended his parole, cost the tax payers alot less money. His agent tried the whole time she was his agent to get him violeted on many different things. Other agents that knew him would tell me that he does not fit the catagory of sex offender. He was also told that he could not attend any church, which is a right we have. He was treated worse than what we treat an animale and it is not just him.
The parole department is not held accountable for any of their actions, this agent he had lied so many times, she personally lied to me, she also lied to my son, when he asked about getting into a place she told him that she did not know he wanted to be in a place, yet he called her daily. Again Thank you, and thank you for letting me sound off, not many people understand where I am coming from. I am a Christian, and I do believe that our children need to be protected, but some of the problems is that parents need to take responsiablity for their children.

I need to THANK my Pastor's Jose , Betsy , Martin and Sylvia as well as Rick and Monique for the Prayers and Spiritual Support they've given me during this time in my life. As a result of that, last Sunday 3/25/12 I took the walk of FAITH and RE-DEDICATED my self to the big man up stairs ! Now that the crying and pains are over all I can do is BELIEVE and have FAITH and leave it all in his HANDS !!
